| INSTRUCTIONS: |
- Flatten barb, hone point. With wing cutters, cut out foam wing of correct shape and size.

- Leave head space, wrap to bend. Tie in tail. Advance thread to 3/8 shank behind eye. Tie single foam wing atop shank, tip beyond eye. Wrap down foam tag.

- Tie in grizzly, then brown hackle at wing base, concave sides down, tips beyond tail. Trim excess butts. Dub thorax, tapering to eye; end at wing base.

- Spin hackles fully one at a time around wing base; secure, trim excess. Lightly dub to head space. Whip finish small head; clip thread. Apply thinned cement to head and base of spun hackle.
